For one-off landscaping projects, each project starts with a site visit and client consultation to ascertain user requirements and brief formulation. Peter offers clients piece of mind as each project contains a schedule or specification of works which clearly details methods and materials.

For longer-term projects or cyclical works, an ‘Agreement for the provision of services’ would be a contract between the Client and Gardens by Peter Lloyd. This is a document, containing terms and conditions for the benefit, security and peace of mind for all parties so that we all know what is happening and when.
At the rear of the agreement is a schedule/method statement tailored to the specific project which details the nature of works which needs to be undertaken throughout the year. Contracts and method statements are agreed and signed off by clients prior to commencement of works.
