Gardens by Peter Lloyd
From a domestic gardener to an award-winning landscape agency in just three years
Peter studied Architectural Technology at Northumbria University and developed a keen interest in landscape design and went on to practice at a multi-disciplinary consultancy in County Durham. The completion of a Masters in Historic Environment Conservation at The University of Birmingham led to Peter’s great interest in the conservation of the historic landscape, leading him to setting up his own consultancy.
In 2017 Peter expanded his business to encompass Landscape Design. His ‘down to earth’ gardening, plantsman skills and horticultural knowledge have been honed over many years, with an eye for detail and design that fits sympathetically into the environment. Peter specialises in designing sensory gardens for enjoyment, fulfilment and wellness and has a range of diverse clients in the residential, commercial and education sectors.
